Browse our Product Catalog, select your engine model (Volvo, Mack, Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, CAT), and add it to your order.
2. Connect Diagnostic Tool
Plug in your Nexiq USB-Link 2 / 3 adapter into the truck's 9-pin diagnostic port and connect it via USB to your Windows laptop.
3. 30-Min Remote Flash
Launch TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Our calibration engineer connects remotely, backs up your original file, flashes the custom tune, and tests the vehicle.
Hardware & Equipment Requirements
- Diagnostic Interface: Genuine Nexiq USB-Link 2 or USB-Link 3 (or standard RP1210-compliant adapter).
- Laptop: Windows 10 or Windows 11 laptop with active internet connection (WiFi or 4G/5G mobile hotspot).
